Cathy Lange Cathy Lange combines a wealth of experience in technology and business. She focuses on developing executive level leadership skills and career strategies. Cathy offers a range of formal assessment options that increase an individual's awareness of competencies, behaviors, attitudes and attributes that impact their performance. These tools, along with one-on-one coaching, can accelerate the individual's development and ability to perform at a higher level. Cathy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, in which she is a leader of the Women's Business Council. She is a founder and former member of the Washington DC Technology Council, a Board Member of the Fairfax County Library Foundation, and President and Board Member of the Women's Angel Network, a non-profit organization focused community based fund raising for women and children in need. Lange is also co-chair of the Fairfax County Public Schools Business Industry Advisory Board, and member of the Potomac Officers Club. Lange is a graduate of Georgetown University and has completed numerous management and leadership development courses, including the MBTI Qualifying Program, DISC, and PIVA. She is qualified to administer the MBTI assessment and the Leadership Spectrum Profile. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U International’s corporate coaching program and am now enrolled in Georgetown University’s Organization Development Certificate Program. Her clients include individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Jackie holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University and a Ph.D. from Yale University. In addition, she is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 15 years of experience in investment management. She has also taught in the religious studies department at the College of William and Mary and other leading universities.
